Carotino in Catering

Until recently, Carotino was only sold in the UK via supermarkets, but this vitamin-rich cooking oil ? and its sister product Carofry 50 - are now available to the British catering industry for the first time.

Carofry 50 is a semi-solid pure palm oil created especially for deep fat frying and provides similar health benefits to Carotino oil as well as extended fry life.
